Richard Terrell (Partner & Founder) - Richard Terrell brings over 36 years experience in the information systems field to Rapid Stability. Mr. Terrell has worked in management consulting for the last ten years servicing and adding value to many Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to joining Rapid Stability, Richard held key management positions in data center operations, application software development, ERP integrated financial system implementation and strategy/system design. He has extensive experience in the distribution, direct marketing, credit card processing, manufacturing and Internet industries. His extensive knowledge and experience spans design, development and implementation of E-commerce sites with emphasis on security, performance, visibility and usability.

Previously, Mr. Terrell was a majority owner in CompuFix, Incorporated, a Maryland based Incorporated which provided minicomputer system hardware and software support, as well as the assembling of desktop systems, file servers and PC networks. CompuFix's other core competencies included facility management, remote backup services and disaster recovery planning and services. CompuFix's clients included the U.S. federal government and major trade associations in the Washington D.C. area. Mr. Terrell held the position of general manager until he sold CompuFix, Inc. in December 1993.

Mr. Terrell also distinguishes himself with multifaceted software and hardware technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal communications skills. Richard enjoys travel and languages, speaking fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Jay (Partner & Founder) - Jay brings over 16 years experience in the information systems field to Rapid Stability. Jay has worked on several mission critical implementations throgh out his career, adding value to many large Fortune 100 Corporations.

Prior to joining Rapid Stability, Jay held key technical, functional and managerial positions in ERP integrated financial system implementations, legacy applications interfaces, database design and development, GUI and web application software development, and quality assurance testing. He has enjoyed unprecedented success in the financial, health care, insurance, rental, staffing, credit card processing, and Web based business. Jay has extensive knowledge and experience in managing, design, development and implementation of ERP applications, e-commerce sites, software development life cycle (SDLC) and databases with emphasis on core design, development, and testing overall including QA methodology and tasks.

Jay also distinguishes himself with multifaceted software and hardware technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal communications skills and management abilities. He enjoys sports, trivia, outdoor activities and travelling with his family.
